Job Overview

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. It is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets. STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. We are looking for Concrete Laborer and Finishers to join our team to perform work in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

• Concrete repair
• Concrete demolition
• Concrete placement and finishing
• Formwork / carpentry
• Rebar replacement
• Concrete Coating application
• Fireproofing Installation
• Structural Steel Welding
• Equipment Grouting

• Possess a TWIC card
• Previous Industrial Plant experience
• Current Basic and Basic Plus Safety Council Training preferred
• Turnaround/Shutdown Experience preferred
• Willing to wear a respirator
• Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
• Willing to travel to jobs outside of the Houston area
• Experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor
