We’re looking for a Member Relations Representative 3 at our Nederland branch
, someone who’s as comfortable balancing a cash drawer as they are having a conversation with a member about their next big goal.

What you’ll be doing:

This is more than just a member relations representative role. It’s a chance tobuild trust with our members while helping with everything from deposits and withdrawals to opening new accounts and solving everyday problems. Some days will be fast paced, others more routine but every day, you’ll make a difference.

• Greeting every member with warmth and professionalism
• Performing everyday transactions like check cashing, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Helping members with debit card issues, check orders, loans and account updates.
• Balancing your drawer and staying organized throughout the day
• Talk to members about services that could help them, even before they ask
• Supporting other departments and cross-training to grow your skills (this is a requirement)
• Maintaining confidentiality and following policies with care

  What we’re looking for:

  Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous teller, member services, and loan processing experience required
  • Prior loan approval experience required for underwriter authority
  • Approve checks up to assigned limit
  • Open and perform maintenance on all types of member accounts and services
  • This position receives cross-training
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening
