Construction Project Scheduler – Field Planning; ME&I

Location: Nederland, Texas, USA | Type: Fixed-term or freelance | Start: ASAP | Duration: 1 year, with potential extension | Workload: 56 hours/week, 6 days/week

Your project assignment: Contribute your expertise to a landmark industrial gas and clean energy infrastructure project involving hydrogen production, carbon capture, and air separation for blue ammonia and decarbonization initiatives.

• Manage site-level planning and progress tracking for ME&I scopes related to wastewater treatment and hydrogen facilities.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply CPM scheduling and EVM techniques to ensure schedule and cost compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs for subcontractor and site productivity.
• Coordinate with construction, commissioning teams, and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Track critical deliveries and mobilization for timely commissioning.
• Support pre-commissioning, system turnover, and punch-list closure.
• Create reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate as-built records and schedule updates in Primavera P6.
• Coordinate across international disciplines and time zones.

Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering or management fields, or extensive site planning experience. 8-12 years of site-based planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, MS Office, excellent English communication skills, and willingness to work on-site with flexible shifts. Experience in subcontractor performance review and commissioning is a plus.
