• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality standards and KPIs are met.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead project teams, offering direction, motivation, and support.
• Manage vendor sourcing, contracts, and procurement activities.
• Promote process improvements and document lessons learned post-project.
• Stay informed on industry standards and project management trends.

• 10+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities.
• Financial and analytical acumen.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in industrial sectors such as refining or petrochemicals is a plus.
