Outside Sales Representative – Golden Triangle Region (Beaumont/Port Arthur/Orange)

Territory includes Jefferson, Orange, and Hardin Counties with coverage into nearby Gulf Coast accounts as needed.

What you’ll do:
  • Own a defined territory plan to deliver bookings, revenue, and gross margin targets.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites such as refineries, chemical plants, terminals, and power/industrial facilities.
  • Grow market share through cross‑selling and upgrading severe service, critical isolation, control valves, actuation, instrumentation, and aftermarket service.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline (CRM) with accurate close dates, probability, and margin visibility.
  • Conduct regular site visits, lead customer meetings, and coordinate plant walk‑downs to identify MRO and project opportunities.
  • Support outage/turnaround planning with customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales, and managing a territory.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies for top regional sites, including opportunity mapping, call cadence, and multi‑level stakeholder coverage.
  • Experience selling control valves, actuation, instrumentation, and aftermarket services.
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office, SAP/ERP/P‑21.
  • Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in managing your sales territory.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
  • Valves and automation‑instrumentation‑flow control knowledge preferred.
