Property Accounting Manager
Commercial Real Estate Owner/Operator

Schedule:
3 days onsite / 2 remote
$130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus
Responsibilities- Manage a team of Property Accountants
- Oversee accounting for a diverse commercial portfolio
- Review monthly financial packages
- Lead budgets, forecasting, and audit processes
- Implement process improvements and internal controls
- 7+ years of property accounting experience
- Prior supervisory experience required
- CPA preferred
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and advanced Excel
