Overview
Role: Executive Assistance and Office Management Opportunity
Overview: Our client is looking for a Part-Time associate to handle daily Office Management that impacts operations and the overall staff experience, and to provide Executive Assistance to Senior Leaders. The role is expected to be approximately 20 hours per week.
CurrentKey Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, etc. for Executives.
- Championing daily office operations (supplies, inventory, vendors, and facilities coordination, mail, shipping, deliveries, etc.)
- Processing, submitting, and reconciling expense reports.
- Coordinating team lunches and guest experiences.
- Contributing to efforts on onboarding, offboarding, new-hire training, recruiting, interview coordination, and other personnel experience initiatives.
- 3+ years of Executive Assistance experience
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Travel coordination and expense report experience
- A highly organized, strong communicator that operates with the utmost professionalism
