We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Full-Time Administrative Assistant & Team Lead to support the daily operations of our Needham office. This role plays a vital part in creating an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace for employees, advisors, clients, and visitors.
As a Team Lead, this individual will partner closely with the Director of Operations to provide oversight of administrative functions, support operational initiatives, and help ensure consistency, accountability, and excellence across office operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, collaborating with others, and making a meaningful impact on team success.
- Assist the Director of Operations with oversight of day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for administrative staff, helping to answer questions, provide guidance, and support team success.
- Help coordinate workflow and priorities to ensure operational needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Support training and onboarding of new administrative team members and employees.
- Monitor office processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
- Partner with leadership to implement office initiatives, policies, and operational best practices.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused office culture through effective communication and teamwork.
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned by the Director of Operations.
- Help ensure administrative standards, compliance requirements, and office procedures are consistently followed.
