EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Pursuit of a college degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
* Strong knowledge and aptitude for banking, bank regulations and customer service
* Interest in Banking preferred
PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly

Job Summary:
This position will provide an opportunity to work within Customer Care Center Department of Needham Bank and work with a highly skilled team to gain insight into multiple areas of the department and help with a variety of tasks and projects as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participation in small to large projects that require skill in business modeling and the ability to balance multiple products/services in one or more technical environments
* Participation in the discovery and evaluation of process efficiencies related to operations of the Customer Care Center
* Identification and collaborative resolution of Work Force Management and Strategic Planning
* Provide support for daily operational tasks supporting the Customer Care Center
* Perform research at a supervisor's request
* Participation in projects to facilitate process improvement, system implementation and data management functions
* Support the Customer Care Center leadership team by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing performance data to identify operational trends, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience
