This is a single application for business operations, commercial, finance, and corporate function early talent roles across Shark Ninja. The hiring teams are spread across our sales and retail analytics, strategic planning, global expansion, supply chain, finance, People & Culture, communications, and legal functions.

Whichever team you join, you’ll work on the systems and decisions that keep a global consumer business moving. You might be building the dashboard a sales team runs its week on, modeling how many units a new product will sell in three countries, repositioning inventory after an S&OP meeting, reconciling what a product actually costs to make, localizing a launch for a market you’ve never visited, recruiting the next co-op cohort, or researching the regulation that shapes how we handle consumer data.
