• Oversee daily field operations, trade coordination, and material deliveries to ensure schedule milestones and quality standards are met.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain a 3-Week Look Ahead schedule to ensure continuous workflow.
• Enforce job site safety compliance by performing daily inspections, conducting weekly Toolbox Safety meetings, and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on administrative tasks, including processing RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project closeout documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate required building inspections, third-party testing agencies, and dimensional layout controls.
