The Absolute is hiring an on-site Construction Project Manager to lead residential new construction projects in Newton/Needham, MA. You will own schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage logistics to free the owner's time as the company scales.
Proven PM experience in residential construction is required, with strong organization and clear communication. English is essential;
Spanish/Portuguese/Russian are a plus.
