Role Summary

The Senior Director, Global Creative – Ninja is responsible for defining and leading the global creative vision for the Ninja brand, translating product innovation into compelling, consumer-driven storytelling across all touchpoints. This role ensures Ninja’s creative expression is distinctive, consistent, and performance-driven across global markets.

As a senior creative leader, this role oversees multidisciplinary creative teams and agency partners, working closely with Brand, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams to deliver breakthrough creative that fuels growth and reinforces Ninja’s leadership in performance-driven home solutions. The ideal candidate combines creative ambition with operational rigor and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the global creative vision for Ninja, ensuring bold, consistent, and consumer-relevant brand expression across regions
  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy for global product launches
    , integrated campaigns, and in-market optimization
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing global creative teams across art direction, design, copy, production, and creative operations
  • Partner closely with Brand, Product Development, Engineering, Consumer Insights, Media, and Sales to convert product performance and innovation into clear, compelling creative narratives
  • Own creative excellence across packaging, advertising, digital commerce, retail, PR, video, experiential, and long-form brand storytelling
  • Establish creative standards, frameworks, and workflows that enable speed, quality, and scalability globally
  • Lead and manage agency partners to deliver breakthrough creative aligned with Ninja’s ambition and business objectives
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset
    , leveraging insights, testing, and performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness
  • Present creative strategy, work, and results to executive leadership
    , influencing decision-making and investment
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on creative engagement to unlock big ideas and solve complex challenges
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, brand, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience leading global, multi-disciplinary creative organizations
  • Strong background in CPG, consumer technology, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands
  • Demonstrated success delivering global product launch creative and commercialization
  • Ability to translate technical performance and innovation into compelling consumer stories
  • Executive presence and strong cross-functional influence
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and retaining top creative talent
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience operating within in-house creative teams and agency ecosystems
  • Exposure to DTC, eCommerce, and retail-led creative models
  • Global market experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering or R&D-led organizations
