PositionDescription
Correspondent/Producer,Creative Contentis a multimedia producer and correspondent/host position responsible for creating daily contentacrossall platforms including social, digital,and linear. As part of the Original Content team, they will be tasked withproducingengagingmulti-platform content,planning and executing all aspects ofboth short and longform productions, and serving as an on-camera correspondent/host. They must have extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Dalet,as well as be fully line produce live or taped programming. This person must be able tosee projects from conceptto delivery.
The ability to create high end content quickly isa mustwhile alsomaintainingefficiency and accuracy.

Salary range: $90,000-$135,000
Responsibilities:- Ideateand create high-end content across all platforms from start to finish as requested by internal clients
- Assist Management with cross departmental integrations
- Pitch creative concepts to stretch the bounds of the group's output.
- Activelyparticipatein daily content meetings and tailor content based on department goals
- Work closely with other departments and leaders to developongoingcontent creation and build cross departmental collaboration.
- Maintain close interdepartmental relationships to ensure consistent understanding and execution oflong-termbusinessobjectives.
- Work with thecreative department to developandretainconsistent style and branding with respect tooriginalcontent.
- Flexible scheduling based on content needs. Some local and national travel.
- Display comfort in forward-facing interactions with subjects, clients, community partners, and any internal or external person attached to a given project
- Execute strong editorial judgement and standards skills
- Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum5years ofproducingand on-cameraexperience
- 5yearsediting experience of Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustratoror related editing software
- Abilityto shoot, edit, and create engaging content
- Ability toworkon-camera, as well as producein the field orinthe studio.
- An eye for capturing still and video imagery in a modern aesthetic and technical style
- Ability to fully line produce live and pre-producedprogramming
- Ability to writeand editcopy that appeals to the target audience.
- Prior experience producing in a multiplatform content environment
- Experience producing for digital/social platforms.
- Knowledge and evolving awareness of current social media trends and metrics and how toproduceonthose platforms.
- Team-first mindset mixed with the ability to beself-motivated, detail-oriented, work independently, and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
