Position: Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, Needham Branch, Needham, MA

As an Associate Banker, you will represent Chase’s brand, culture, and customer‑first approach, delivering exceptional client experiences using the latest banking solutions and technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, scheduling and canceling client meetings, and ensuring clients feel appreciated.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day transactions and open new accounts while complying with all policies, procedures, regulatory and banking requirements.
  • Educate clients on self‑service technology such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
  • Build trusted relationships by demonstrating genuine care and concern during client interactions.
  • Engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and accurately while paying close attention to detail.
  • Elevate the client experience by working collaboratively with the team to deliver seamless service with care.
  • Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately.
  • Have client‑service experience or comparable experience.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
  • Cash handling experience.
