Salary Range: $48.00 To $66.00 Hourly

Full-Time or Part-Time | Up to $3000 for FT and $1500 for PT total bonus!!

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for FT and additional $2000 Bonus at 120 Days!!

$500 Sign-On Bonus for PT and an additional $1000 after 120 Days

The Dental Hygienist performs dental hygiene duties to promote quality dental care in a stress-free, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Scaling
• Prophylaxis
• Digital x-rays (DEXIS)
• Provides dental education to parents and patients.
• Additional responsibilities may include stocking and maintaining equipment and inventory and supporting overall clinical operations as needed.

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Hepatitis vaccination recommended
• Continuing education requirements fulfilled
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

• Adheres to all HIPAA policies and procedures, protecting private information at all times
• Adheres to all Chestnut Dental Associates policies and procedures as outlined in the CDA Employee Handbook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, seeking assistance when appropriate
• Positively represents CDA to patients and families by demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintains a friendly, professional attitude and works well with children in a pediatric setting
• Demonstrates the ability to manage conflict effectively with difficult patients and/or parents
• Works well with interruptions and manages multiple priorities efficiently, completing tasks in a timely manner while staying on schedule
• Performs effectively under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Exhibits professional behavior and maintains respectful relationships with doctors, administrators, supervisors, colleagues, patients, and outside representatives
• Speaks, understands, and writes fluent English

Must be able to withstand extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and sitting. Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and adequate vision are required.

• $1,000 for FT and $500 for PT Sign-On bonus and an additional $2000 (FT) and $1000 (PT) for 120 days successful partnership
