XRHealth is expanding its DME and Virtual Clinic services and is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive patient acquisition and scalable growth. This role is focused on speed, volume, and conversion - building and optimizing a steady flow of inbound patient leads and ensuring efficient, measurable growth across channels.
We are looking for a data-driven growth leader with proven experience in U.S. healthcare D2C marketing who understands how to profitably acquire patients in a regulated environment.
This is a hands-on ownership role responsible for directly managing and optimizing our paid acquisition engine to drive measurable patient growth.
The RoleThis role owns performance marketing execution end-to-end. You will directly manage campaigns, control budgets, optimize performance daily, test creatives, refine targeting, and continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. We are looking for an operator - someone comfortable being in the platforms every day and fully accountable for results.
What You’ll Do- Directly manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, You Tube, and other paid channels
- Own daily bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative testing, and budget allocation
- Scale existing campaigns while improving CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute D2C patient acquisition strategies in the U.S. healthcare market
- Optimize funnels for conversion (landing pages, CRO, lead-to-patient flow)
- Track and improve CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort performance
- Run structured A/B testing across creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting assets
- Maintain and improve tracking infrastructure (GA4, pixels, attribution tools)
- Analyze performance data and implement rapid optimizations
- 5+ years in performance marketing
- Mandatory:
Proven D2C healthcare marketing experience in the U.S. - Experience marketing medical devices, telehealth, digital health, or health subscriptions - strong advantage
- Experience with Hub Spot (required)
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance and advertising restrictions
- Strong analytical skills (attribution, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV modeling)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (required)
- Experience with CRO and landing page optimization
- Proven hands-on experience directly setting up and optimizing paid campaigns (not strategy-only oversight)
- Strong operator mindset - detail-oriented, execution-driven, and accountable for performance results
- Highly data-driven and performance-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
- Experience marketing reimbursed healthcare services
