A position for a full‑time School Adjustment Counselor/School Counselor is needed to join a friendly, dedicated, and energetic team of professionals, who provide Special Education counseling services in a K‑12 charter school in the Metro‑Boston area for the 2026‑2027 academic school year and beyond.

• Meet with students for individual and group counseling in person (remotely, as needed)
• Attend weekly team meetings and annual IEP/504 Plan meetings
• Assist with Safety Assessments, as needed
• Consult with parents, outside providers, and school staff
• Maintain proper documentation and notes for each student

• PhD/MA in School Psychology, Clinical Psychology, LICSW, or LMHC

• Demonstrate excellent writing skills with timely turnaround of notes
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Outgoing personality and high energy
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to present at IEP meetings

You will be provided with peer supervision and training by the Counseling Department Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to be part of a very skilled group of professional clinicians.

Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
