Infant Toddler Teacher Educator

Scalliwags is an EEC licensed group daycare with four centers in Needham and Wellesley. Social and emotional development is our core mission, and we focus on learning through play every day.

We are seeking a fun, enthusiastic, caring, and certified classroom teacher to co‑lead an infant/toddler room from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.

• Teach and support the development of infants and toddlers.
• Collaborate with a co‑teacher to deliver a curriculum that encourages learning through play.
• Maintain a nurturing classroom environment and ensure safety and hygiene standards.
• Communicate regularly with children’s families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children, preferably infants and toddlers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certified classroom teacher (EEC certified).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
