About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking an experienced, professional piano and voice teacher to teach part‑time at Needham Music in Needham, MA. The position requires in‑person instruction and a strong music background.

Responsibilities
  • Teach piano and voice lessons to students of all ages, from toddlers to seniors.
  • Deliver lessons in person at Needham Music, following the school’s curriculum.
  • Set and maintain consistent availability within the school’s open hours.
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability for all scheduled lessons.
  • Pass a routine background check.
Qualifications
  • Degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent professional performance experience.
  • Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to punctuality.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong music background and passion for student development.
Compensation & Benefits

Instructor pay: $35‑40 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Health‑benefit options and a 401(k) with employer match are available for all part‑ and full‑time employees after 30 days of employment.
