Job Responsibilities: The Needham High School Assistant Debate Coach supports the head debate coach in training, mentoring, and preparing students for debate competitions. Their responsibilities typically include organizing practice sessions, providing feedback on speeches, researching debate topics, and helping students develop argumentation and public speaking skills. They may also accompany students to tournaments, assist with judging rounds, and handle administrative tasks like scheduling or team communications.

The role is essential for fostering a positive and educational environment for debaters to grow and succeed.
Stipend Rate: $1005.66
