Product Development Scientist Engineer

Shark Ninja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, seeks a Product Development Scientist Engineer to lead end‑to‑end new product development (NPD) for its Shark and Ninja brands.

• Own the entire NPD lifecycle from concept through to market launch, delivering high‑quality consumer products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Advise cross‑functional teams on scope, cost, and schedule; establish and drive project timelines and resource plans.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decisions across stakeholder groups.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans and track progress.
• Serve as the key communication channel between global strategy teams and local execution teams.
• Escalate critical schedule, cost, and scope issues to senior management while driving resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business‑management discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in product development or program management, preferably in the consumer‑goods industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with C‑suite, functional peers, suppliers, and customers.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
