The OpportunityShark's products, including the recent Cryo Glow and Facial Pro Glow skincare devices, are used by millions of people around the world — and the reason they work as well as they do comes down to the engineering. We're looking for a Senior Manager of R&D Biomechanical Engineering who wants to be at the center of that: leading the technical direction of breakthrough products, building a team of exceptional engineers, and shaping how Shark's next generation of skincare technology gets made.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage from a distance. You'll be in the lab with your team one day and in front of senior leadership the next. You'll own the technical standard, the team culture, and the roadmap — from early-stage concept through mass production.
