Release Live Ops Producer – Warner Bros. Games Boston
We are seeking a Release Live Ops Producer to support the development and release process of our free‑to‑play mobile game, Game of Thrones:
Conquest. In this production role you’ll work with QA, production, and development teams to ensure smooth, continuous delivery of game updates.
- Coordinate build releases, preparing release documentation and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Merge code/data for public updates, and work with QA and production in bug triage and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with community management to create release notes and update the knowledge base.
- Assess release risks, milestones, and deployment plans to maintain reliable release cadence.
- Facilitate the live environment and support operational teams with product releases.
- Engage with developers and internal teams in a tightly knit environment.
- Drive continuous improvement of the product delivery pipeline through process and technology enhancements.
- 5+ years in Project Manager, Development Manager, Live Producer or QA roles.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and game development process.
- Experience guiding production pipelines across environments to production.
- Familiarity with Android/iOS release management workflows.
- Strong knowledge of client rollout methodology, canary testing, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Excel, and other production tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for games‑as‑a‑service business and cutting‑edge game development.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams.
- Base salary: $73,500 – $136,500 per year, depending on location, skill set, and experience.
