Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for logistics with a Latin America focus as the company expands globally. The role shapes the financial framework for the Latin America region, develops and automates processes, financial models, Power BI dashboards, and evaluates business cases to shape long‑term logistics strategy. The analyst partners cross‑functionally with operations and regional commercial teams to optimize operations and support investment decisions, presenting opportunities to senior leadership.

Monthly duties include forecasting, actuals analysis, and KPI‑driven variance reporting for inbound transportation, warehousing, delivery of product, and related operating expenses.

• Serve as the FP&A lead for Latin America logistics, building business cases for new market entry and shaping long‑term global logistics strategy
• Create and improve processes, models, and dashboards for insight quality and speed
• Leverage AI to automate processes and assist in analytics and dashboarding
• Develop and improve KPI‑driven financial models and reporting tools, such as retailer cost‑to‑serve modeling, identifying opportunities in retailer agreements and network efficiency
• Translate complex financial data into clear decision‑ready insights for senior leadership, influencing logistics investment decisions and network strategy
• Budget, forecast, and provide actionable analysis focused on business drivers for various logistics P&L elements, including warehousing, freight, and other operating expenses
• Lead process improvement initiatives with Finance and cross‑functional partners to reduce cycle time and improve forecast accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex financial topics clearly to non‑finance audiences
• Understanding of logistics network operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., large language models) to automate workflows and accelerate analytics
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3‑5 years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Data Analysis, or a related role

Salary: $66,800—$126,500 USD (annual)
