Job Description

In this role at Bank of America, you will engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist them with transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.

• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions.
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

First shift (United States) – 40 hours per week.

Pay range: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible.
