The Town of Needham is seeking a qualified individual for the full-time Public Safety Dispatcher. Under supervision, the dispatcher handles calls from the public and safety personnel, and initially deploys law enforcement and/or Fire Department resources.
The role requires sound decision-making, strong communication, and familiarity with streets and emergency procedures. Schedule is 40 hours weekly with three shifts (12am–8am) and one shift (4pm–12am).
