The Town of Needham is seeking a full-time Public Safety Dispatcher to receive all oral and electronic communications and deploy law enforcement and Fire Department resources as needed. Under supervision, you will transmit service requests and support first responders with critical information.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant experience, along with knowledge of dispatch procedures and strong interpersonal and computer skills.
