We have raised $70M from leading venture and celebrity investors and pre‑sold our first 1,000 machines to iconic brands such as Ulta Beauty and Nordstrom. We are a fast‑growing 50+ person organization with deep robotics experience, having launched our first robot at Ulta Beauty in Everett.

Beauty seeks a Brand Ambassador with a cosmetology or nail tech license to serve as the face of our brand at Ulta Beauty in Westwood, MA. The role involves educating, assisting, and inspiring customers as they experience our robotic manicure.

• Become a product expert on the 10
  
  Beauty machine, our nail pods, and the accompanying app
• Perform manicure touch‑ups and fixes as needed
• Proactively engage customers, sharing the story of 10
  
  Beauty and the benefits of our products
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations of the machine, showcasing its ease of use and unique features
• Answer customer questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and offer quick nail touch‑ups or demonstrations
• Encourage customers to try the machine
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image that aligns with 10
  
  Beauty brand values
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve the experience
• Ensure the machine and surrounding area remain clean, organized, and inviting

• Licensed cosmetology or nail technician (or in training)
• Experience working with nails
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to represent 10
  
  Beauty positively
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

Training is paid. The initial training period involves travel to our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts.

$30,000 - $35,000 USD per year.
