We are growing and looking for dedicated Per Diem Caregivers to join our supportive, professional team.

As a Per Diem Caregiver
, you will provide non-medical, in-home support and companionship to elderly clients. This role offers excellent flexibility and is perfect for caregivers who are passionate about helping others while balancing their own schedules.

• Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household organization

• Provide medication reminders following the care plan

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands (as needed)

• Observe and promptly report any changes in condition to the Care Coordinator

• Document care provided clearly and accurately

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or family care accepted)

• A compassionate, dependable, and patient personality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow individualized care plans

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required

• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

• Schedule: Per diem with flexible shifts—days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
