Project Coordinator - Sterile Processing

Position Summary/

Department Summary:

Under direct supervision, provides advanced administrative support to implement the goals of various projects, develops plans and systems and coordinates the day-to-day activities in order to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day project operations, including staff recruitment, record systems, and meeting/conference logistics
• Collect and manage project information such as schedules, data requests, assignments, and meetings
• Track project tasks and workflows in collaboration with the project team and Project Manager
• Monitor and update project schedules, document control, databases, and team communications
• Serve as liaison between work groups, clinical areas, departments, regulatory agencies, and consultants
• Oversee development and distribution of project deliverables, including training materials and newsletters

The posted pay range is Boston Childrens reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.

Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
