As an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) at knownwell, you will work alongside a team of committed physicians, APC, registered dietitians, registered nurses, and registered pharmacists, to provide comprehensive medical care, with a specific focus on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of obesity and obesity-related conditions as appropriate in a primary‑care setting.
Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible scheduling, 32 patient contact hours minimum. Hybrid model of care. No scheduled evening/weekend responsibilities outside of phone on‑call.
Location: Needham, MA
EMR: Athena
On-Call: Phone call only, in a rotation every 7‑8 weeks for one (1) week at a time. Average call volume
