Qualifications & DesiredExperience:
- Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
- Current certification and licensure as required by the state
- Demonstrated experience with MRI scanners and related equipment
- Proficiency in imaging protocols, safety procedures, and contrast administration
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced clinical settings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate imaging
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety
- Operate MRI equipment and execute imaging protocols as prescribed by medical professionals
- Evaluate scan results for clarity and completeness, assisting physicians in diagnostic processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient imaging records and procedures
- Uphold MRI safety standards and infection control policies
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and ancillary staff for coordinated patient care
- Maintain equipment, report any technical issues, and ensure compliance with facility guidelines
