Your Role

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients achieve optimal outcomes. You’ll work with a diverse caseload that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, vestibular, and musculoskeletal diagnoses.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver care that includes manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
  • Collaborate with support staff and fellow clinicians to ensure seamless, team-based care
  • Guide patients through fitness and wellness programs tailored to long-term recovery and prevention
  • Document patient progress using Clinicient
  • Participate in professional development through in-services, CEUs, and ongoing learning opportunities
About You

You’ll make a great fit for this role if you bring the following:

  • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
  • License (or eligibility) to practice in the state of Massachusetts
