Radiologic Technologist

Position Summary

This role involves performing routine and complex diagnostic radiology procedures with a focus on patient safety, image quality, and departmental compliance. It includes mentoring junior staff, training clinical team members, supporting daily operations, and engaging in professional development and hospital initiatives.

• Perform imaging procedures while ensuring safety, proper protocols, and optimal image quality.
• Assess and support patients and families, creating a positive care experience.
• Train and mentor staff, including fellows, residents, students, and technologists.
• Support daily operations, troubleshoot equipment, manage supplies, and contribute to quality assurance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and hospital initiatives, staying current with regulations and team engagement.

• An Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology.
• MA Radiographer license, ARRT certification, and BLS certification are required.
