American Traveler is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to support diagnostic imaging services with 2+ years of experience and required EPIC proficiency.
Details- Radiology department supporting Fluoroscopy, Bone Density, OR, Pain Clinic, Orthopedics, ER, and Outpatient services
- 8-hour rotating day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- 24 hours per week
- Current ARRT certification required
- Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License (Category Radiography) required if applicable
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Must be able to perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision
- Performs a variety of technical radiographic procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative
- Works under the direction of the Chief Technologist, Chief of Radiology, Radiation Safety Officer, and Director of Radiology and Cardiology Services
- Facility is transitioning to EPIC in October
- Exposure to blood and body fluids is expected; universal precautions training required
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, medical exemptions allowed
- Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered
- Previous Beth Israel Lahey Health employees (travel, perm, or per diem) must have a 6-month break before returning
