SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Needham, MA. We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers who are ready to provide quality in-home care and support clients with their daily routines.

Your Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe environment
Follow individual care plans and daily routines
Communicate client needs or changes to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
Able to work longer shifts as scheduled
