Retrieves and cleans patient dishes in a timely manner;
Stocks station with clean china before meal service;
Removes trash in a timely manner from the kitchen and café, and places trash and cardboard in the appropriate receptacles;
Records dish machine temps and pressure on a daily basis;
Maintains the cleanliness of the dish room and dish machine at all times
