Overture Partners is hiring an Entry-Level Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing IT staffing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of urgency

• Source and engage top technical talent using Linked In, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Build real relationships with candidates, not transactional conversations
• Learn and apply Overture’s PRECISE Talent Blueprint to evaluate skill and culture fit
• Own the recruiting process from first outreach through offer and onboarding
• Track activity and results with discipline inside our ATS
• Compete against clear goals and performance metrics

• Competitive, money-motivated mindset
• Strong work ethic and bias for action, you don’t wait to be told what to do
• 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, staffing, or other goal-driven roles
• Strong communication skills and confidence talking to professionals
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn fast
• Organized, accountable, and results-focused
