Job Overview
As a Manager, Talent Acceleration (tX) / Talent Development, you’ll play a key role in bringing our talent, learning, and culture programs to life. This is a hands‑on role focused on execution – turning ideas into well‑run, high‑impact experiences that help our teams grow, perform, and stay connected to what makes us unique.
Based in our Needham, MA headquarters and reporting to the Director of Talent Acceleration, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day delivery of key initiatives. The Manager will translate priorities into clear plans, keep programs running smoothly, and provide insights that help us continuously improve.
Responsibilities- Run the day‑to‑day execution of Talent Acceleration / Talent Development programs across learning, leadership, performance, and culture
- Turn priorities into clear plans – building timelines, workflows, and tracking progress
- Manage multiple programs at once, keeping everything organized and on track
- Coordinate logistics and systems behind programs (e.g. onboarding, sessions, tools, communications)
- Create and maintain playbooks, guides, and documentation so programs can scale
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed programs into how teams work
- Provide regular updates and insights on progress, impact, and opportunities to improve
- Spot risks or roadblocks early and elevate when needed
- Work closely with the Director of Talent Acceleration to align on priorities, trade‑offs, and execution decisions
- Support and guide program resources (e.g. Co‑op and LMS contractor) on day‑to‑day work
- Use feedback and data to continuously improve the experience and effectiveness of programs
- ~5+ years of experience in talent development, learning, HR, consulting, or related fields
- Strong project/program management skills – you know how to keep things moving and organized
- Ability to turn ideas into action, building clear plans and executing against them
- Experience running programs or initiatives end‑to‑end (logistics, stakeholders, tracking, follow‑through)
- Comfort working with data to understand what’s working and where to improve
Strong communication skills – you can keep stakeholders informed and aligned - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000—$152,700 USD.
