GPT.ai helps enterprises deploy secure, high-quality AI assistants tailored to their own data and workflows. Our enterprise book has doubled in six months. We're hiring a dedicated Enterprise Growth Lead to take ownership, standardize the motion, and drive expansion.
This Role Is Not for Everyone
We're a fast-growing startup where things change weekly. You won't inherit a playbook — you'll build one. If you want predictability, clear swim lanes, and a mature process, this isn't it.
If you thrive in chaos, solve problems before anyone asks, and want massive ownership and impact at a pivotal moment in our growth — keep reading.
The Opportunity
You'll own 50+ enterprise accounts from Day 1. You'll master the product, take over day-to-day account operations, and build a repeatable, metrics-driven playbook from scratch. You'll run QBRs/EBRs, manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure our customers realize measurable value from AI.
This is not a customer success role that "also does renewals." This is a revenue role. You own the number.
What You'll Do- Own and grow an enterprise book: renewals, expansions, clean forecasting, zero surprises
- Ramp fast:
Learn the product end-to-end, shadow existing calls, become customer-ready quickly - Build the AM motion from scratch: account plans, mutual success plans, Q templates, renewal/expansion playbooks, risk registers
- Map each account: executive goals, outcomes, champions, users, procurement/legal, budget owners, renewal timelines
- Drive adoption and outcomes: define success metrics per account, accelerate time-to-first-value, raise utilization
- Find and land growth: uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities, maintain expansion pipeline, close with ROI narratives
- Own escalations: coordinate with Support/Product/Engineering, manage issues clearly with stakeholders
- Be the voice of customer: synthesize feedback, influence the roadmap, communicate product changes
- Founder mentality:
You treat the business like it's yours - High agency:
You figure it out before asking for permission - Grit:
You don't quit when things get hard — long hours don't scare you when there's a customer to save or a deal to close - Revenue-focused:
You think in dollars, not meetings. "I ran 20 QBRs" is not success; "$X pipeline from QBRs" is - Product-minded:
You understand the product deeply enough to see expansion opportunities others miss - Curious:
You ask great questions. You dig until you understand. You think in systems
- 3+ years in roles that blend business and technology (account management, solutions, product, analytics) with a consultative, customer-facing approach
- Track record of negotiating and closing deals — expansions, renewals, or net-new
- Proven ability to spot client opportunities — both stated needs and latent ones
- 30 days: Own 15+ accounts, first renewal closed solo
- 90 days: 100% renewal rate, 2+ upsells closed, playbook v1 documented
- Massive book from Day 1: 40+ enterprise accounts portfolio
- AI-first product in the fastest-growing market in tech
- Direct CEO and leadership access — no layers
- $150K OTE: $80,000 base + $70K on-target commission on renewals and upsells
- Stock options (discussed at offer, along with commission structure)
- Occasional travel for customer on-site meetings
- Linked In AI screening (this application)
- On-site interview in Needham, MA
We don t do 5-round interview marathons. We want to see your work, not your interview skills.
