Why this role exists:
We are building an “AI for almost everything” company. The default inside our business is that AI should do the work wherever possible, and humans are here to design systems, remove bottlenecks, and ship outcomes. We are done hiring narrowly defined “activity roles.” We hire high-agency problem solvers who deliver measurable results. This role is for someone exceptional with Claude Code who can use AI tooling to solve real business problems quickly and reliably.

You will operate as an internal “AI operator” and cross-functional builder—plugging into the highest-leverage problems across GTM, product, ops, and customer success.

• Automate and compress workflows across the company (sales ops, marketing ops, support ops, finance ops, analytics).
• Build lightweight internal tools, scripts, and integrations (APIs, webhooks, CRM/workflow automation, dashboards).
• Rapidly prototype, test, and ship improvements that move core business metrics (conversion, revenue, retention, support efficiency).
• Turn one-off wins into systems
  : repeatable workflows, SOPs, monitoring, and handoffs.
• Improve team throughput by teaching practical patterns for using AI tools effectively (without creating brittle messes).

We run a results-first, feedback-rich culture. You will be evaluated on problems solved, things shipped, and measurable impact.

• Day 30
  Identify the top 3 bottlenecks where automation/AI materially increases revenue

• Ship at least 2 production-grade improvements (automation/tooling) with baseline metrics and instrumentation.

• Day 60
  Deliver at least one clear metric lift directly tied to revenue (e.g., conversion, retention, support efficiency, sales cycle time reduction).
• Establish a repeatable “AI for almost everything” workflow in at least one function (e.g., inbound sales ops, support ops, marketing ops).

• Day 90
  Own a pipeline of high-leverage problems and ship improvements on a consistent cadence. Your work is compounding
  : others can run what you built, and dependency on manual effort is materially reduced.

Must-haves

• High agency
  : you take ownership of ambiguous problems end-to-end and deliver outcomes.
• Proven ability using modern AI tooling, especially Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding workflows).
• Builder mindset: comfortable with terminal, git, python, MCP, APIs, Claude skills, Claude agents, SDLC, etc.
• Strong judgment: you can ship fast and make things maintainable and safe.
• Clear communicator: you can explain what you built, why, how it works, and how it moves metrics.

• Experience in startup ops, Rev Ops, growth, customer success ops, analytics, or product ops.
• You’ve replaced manual workflows with reliable automation systems (not just demos).

• This is a high-intensity startup environment where roles evolve quickly.
• We operate with an “up or out” bar: high support and high candor, with clear performance expectations.

• Base salary: $140,000 – $170,000 (depending on experience and fit)
• Performance bonus: up to 15%
• Meaningful equity (without VC dilution, commensurate with experience and demonstrated impact)
