We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to help define and lead how the Shark Ninja Marketing team harnesses AI to power smarter decisions globally. This is a high-impact, evolving role at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing strategy — and the right candidate will help shape what it becomes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in data and analytics engineering, a genuine curiosity about applied AI, and the ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical tools that help marketing teams move faster and make better decisions.
Responsibilities- Launch performance intelligence:
Develop the frameworks, metrics, and AI‑powered models that enable Shark Ninja to systematically evaluate go‑to‑market success — identifying the drivers of launch performance across markets and product lines. - Content effectiveness:
Build the measurement infrastructure to assess social content effectiveness, surface performance patterns, and connect content signals to broader marketing and commercial outcomes. - Upstream market intelligence:
Leverage AI to synthesize competitive, consumer, and category signals that inform upstream positioning decisions and give Shark Ninja a forward‑looking view of the market. - Data infrastructure & AI enablement:
Design and maintain the data pipelines and AI tooling that underpin launch intelligence, content effectiveness, and upstream market analysis — ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with the broader global marketing strategy. - Cross‑functional partnership:
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and Commercial Data teams to align priorities and translate analytical outputs into decisions that move the business forward.
- Education:
Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's preferred. - Experience:
8–10 years in analytics or data science, with demonstrated experience applying AI or ML in a commercial context. CPG, retail, or consumer technology background preferred. - Applied AI:
Practical experience deploying AI and machine learning solutions that generate measurable business impact, not just theoretical knowledge. - Modern data stack:
Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran, with strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and visualization platforms. - Commercial acumen:
Ability to connect data and AI outputs to marketing and business outcomes, with enough fluency across media, social, and go‑to‑market to ask the right questions. - Communication & influence:
Strong ability to communicate across technical and non‑technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations. - Player‑coach mindset:
Proven ability to build hands‑on while enabling broader team success. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and establishing structure in a fast‑moving, matrixed environment.
The annual salary range for this position is $153,000—$187,000 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
