360° is seeking a hands-on, highly technical L3 Support Engineer to join our top-tier Support team in Needham, MA. You will own Tier 3 / R&D-level cases, dig into logs, reproduce tricky bugs, and partner with R&D to deliver impactful solutions.
You’ll be the voice of the customer, guiding product quality, supportability, and service improvements. If you thrive on solving hard problems, reading logs as readily as code, you will explain fixes to developers and customers alike.
