What you'll do
Responsibilities- Partner with industrial design and product engineering teams to use generative AI systems (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Vizcom) for rapid 2D/3D concept generation and product visualization Common
- Design, test, and deploy customized AI prompts, agents, and custom GPT environments to automate repetitive creative and operational processes
- Act as an internal AI evangelist — create frameworks, playbooks, and training sessions for cross-functional teams from R&D to Product Marketing
- Collaborate with UI/UX and mobile app teams to explore consumer-facing AI experiences for physical hardware ecosystems (smart home, connected kitchen) Unique
- Continuously source, stress-test, and onboard emerging foundational models, plugins, and software
- 3+ years in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Product Design Engineering, or a highly technical creative field Common
- Advanced, demonstrable expertise in prompt engineering and image/asset generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
- Deep practical experience leveraging LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to accelerate research, data synthesis, and workflow modeling Unique
- Systems thinker able to design scalable AI-driven automation frameworks for manual, fragmented processes
- Tinkerer mindset — relentless curiosity, rapid iteration, hands-on experimentation, and functional prototyping
