Core​/Sr. Dev Ops Engineer RTH

Looking for someone with 4-8 years of experience. Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week.

• Important environment exposure: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git Hub, Jenkins
• Current project context: Jira and Confluence moving from Data Center to Cloud
• Core supporting skills: AWS, Docker, Python scripting
• Nice to have: Jira Align, Rovo AI, Cloud Formation
• Not critical: Kubernetes, Hashi Corp Vault

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Dev Ops platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions.
• Administer and maintain the Dev Tools ecosystem, including Jenkins, Git Hub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, and Hashi Corp Vault.
• Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions and Dev Ops best practices.
• Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using Python, Bash, and Power Shell.
• Deploy and support cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement and manage secrets management, authentication, and security integrations using Hashi Corp Vault.
• Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered engineering tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, and other LLM-based solutions to improve automation, developer productivity, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Stay current with Dev Ops, Cloud, Security, and AI engineering best practices and contribute to platform modernization initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise Dev Ops platforms including Jenkins, Git Hub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, and Hashi Corp Vault.
• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Git workflows, and Git Hub Actions.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Strong programming and automation skills using Python, with experience in Bash and Power Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Experience implementing SSO, identity management, security integrations, and secrets management solutions.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, platform integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
