Scrum Master – Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Work Model: Hybrid/Onsite as required
Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or enterprise e-commerce experience. The role will lead multiple Agile teams and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across commerce/storefront initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams, including offshore teams.
- Manage sprint planning, velocity, capacity, burndown, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate QA, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and releases
. - Manage dependencies and releases across multiple storefronts/markets.
- Maintain Jira hygiene, delivery reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Support production issues and drive continuous delivery improvements.
- 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead managing multiple Agile teams.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) or enterprise e-commerce/DTC platforms.
- Experience with distributed/offshore development teams.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Agile metrics, sprint planning, and release management
. - Experience coordinating QA, SIT, UAT, and production releases
. - Experience managing vendor/staff-augmentation teams.
- Multi-storefront or multi-market commerce experience.
