Design, implement, and support enterprise Dev Ops platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions.
Administer and maintain the Dev Tools ecosystem, including Jenkins, Git Hub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, and Hashi Corp Vault.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, lifecycle management, and integrations with enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions and Dev Ops best practices.
Automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes using Python, Bash, and Power Shell.
Deploy and support cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
Implement and manage secrets management, authentication, and security integrations using Hashi Corp Vault.
Monitor platform health and performance, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
Utilize AI-powered engineering tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, and other LLM-based solutions to improve automation, developer productivity, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Stay current with Dev Ops, Cloud, Security, and AI engineering best practices and contribute to platform modernization initiatives.
Required QualificationsBachelor s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related role.
Hands-on experience administering enterprise Dev Ops platforms including Jenkins, Git Hub Enterprise, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Bitbucket, Sonar Qube, JFrog Artifactory, and Hashi Corp Vault.
Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, Git workflows, and Git Hub Actions.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure automation.
Strong programming and automation skills using Python, with experience in Bash and Power Shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Experience implementing SSO, identity management, security integrations, and secrets management solutions.
Familiarity with REST APIs, platform integrations, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to enhance software delivery and operational efficiency.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
