You will be responsible for servicing the needs of their clients throughout New England.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Respond promptly to client service requests while also handling incoming mail from insurers
- Deliver superior customer service while also adhering to high professional standards
- Comprehensive review of renewals in support of high net worth book of business
- Assist in producing proposals for new business and renewal opportunities
- Develop and maintain industry relationships.
