A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Needham, MA, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic relations practice. The ideal candidate will manage cases from start through pretrial and handle court hearings effectively.
Duties- Manage domestic relations cases from initiation to pretrial.
- Conduct discovery and complete all necessary court forms.
- Perform financial analysis related to cases.
- Handle court hearings and adhere to domestic relations procedures.
- Engage in estate/probate administration and litigation as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in domestic relations practice.
- Trial experience is highly desirable.
- Membership in the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
- Strong writing skills and ability to conduct discovery.
- References required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
- Proficient in managing domestic relations cases.
- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
